Mary-Ellen has always had a deep passion for creative thinking. Surrounded by fabric, textiles, and the hum of her sewing machine while growing up, her love for art led her to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts, majoring in Photography. After travelling the world, marrying, and starting a family, her creativity ultimately inspired her to establish Hello Saturday Design in 2015. Since then, she has transformed it into a thriving interior design business, serving a diverse range of clients across Auckland.
As a mother of three, Mary-Ellen truly understands the dynamics of busy family life. She appreciates the importance of creating a home that is both welcoming for friends and family, while also offering practical, functional design solutions. Her approach blends innovative ideas with designs that deliver a true wow factor—both stylish and incredibly livable.
