From Vision to Reality

1. LET’S CONNECT
Our journey starts with a site visit and initial consultation to understand your vision, lifestyle, and how you want your space to feel and function. This working session will provide clarity and direction. We'll review plans, discuss scope, budget, and timeline, and share initial design ideas to bring your dream home to life.
lnitial Consultation fee $410 + GST Includes travel within a 10km radius of Mount Eden and any necessary research.
Following the consultation, we will create a customised DESIGN PACKAGE for the design phase. Based on the project Design packages start from $6000 + GST.
2. CONCEPT DESIGN
This is where the fun begins! We create mood boards, drawing inspiration from all angles to blend your ideas with our vision. Focusing on spatial design, we ensure seamless flow and functionality - setting the tone for your dream space.
3. DEVELOPED DESIGN
Now, your vision starts to take shape as we curate samples and selections, guiding you through decisions with ease. Using Programa, a powerful interior design tool, we finalise product choices to ensure nothing is overlooked. We then create CAD drawings, spatial plans, and renders, bringing key areas like kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces to life in stunning detail. Every element is refined to capture the spirit of your brief and elevate the design to something extraordinary.
4. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION & PROCUREMENT
We create detailed construction drawings that guide the build with precision, ensuring design intent is realised perfectly. At the same time, we begin procurement of products from tiles, bathroom products, sourcing custom pieces, finishes, furniture, from our trusted suppliers, so your space is uniquely tailored and expertly crafted.
5. DESIGN MANAGEMENT
From start to finish, we're hands on. With regular site visits and close collaboration with all trades people we will guide each step with care and passion, leaving you confident and stress-free. When the time comes for those final touches, our styling blends your cherished pieces with new finds, creating a space that's not just functional, but truly feels like home full of warmth, personality, and life. We're here to do more than just design; we craft a space that sparks joy, tells your unique story, and inspires you every day.
