A 1950s home near the beach in Narrow Neck. This busy family of five desperately needed more space and a second bathroom. The home owners pushed out the front of the home and created an adults’ retreat, including a new master bedroom, ensuite, walk in wardrobe and office. The original home was also reconfigured to open up the living space, connect it to the back yard, increase the main bathroom size and create a 4th bedroom.
